What is the warranty and after-sales service policy?
All Fafrees e-bikes and separately purchased accessories come with a 1-year repair warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include normal wear-and-tear items such as tires, brake pads, chains, cables, grips, or cosmetic damage. Second-hand, modified bikes, and free gifts included with your order are not covered.
For added peace of mind, we have partnered with Xcotton Shipping Protection, a paid shipping insurance service available at checkout on our official website. This protection covers packages that are lost, misdelivered, partially missing, or damaged during transit, with claims handled directly by Xcotton. You can review the full terms here.

I am writing this review after almost one and a half years and 6000 kilometers on this bicycle. I wanted to write a review after 7000, but unfortunately this morning it was stolen from my own garage, so it wasnโt meant to be. I used this bicycle every day. I rode it to school and to work.
I want to describe several problems that I encountered during use.
1. The rear fork of the bicycle is narrower than the wheel. In the very first week of ownership, I got a flat tire and wanted to patch the inner tube, but ran into a difficulty. Taking the wheel out was easy, but putting it back in turned out to be quite a challenge. It should be noted that this might be a feature only of my particular unit. To put the wheel back, I had to apply quite a lot of force to spread the fork and fit the wheel in.
2. The battery. After about half a year, it started showing an incorrect charge level, but it didnโt seem to affect its performance.
3. The motor. After about a year, the motor started occasionally making strange metallic noises. They appeared when I pressed the throttle and it engaged. There was a strange metallic rattling sound. However, it still continued to work.
4. Overall durability. Over one and a half years, in some places where wires, the chain, and other elements came into contact with the frame, they wore it down significantly. First, the metal became exposed, and after some time, rust spots also appeared. Owners should also keep in mind that if the drivetrain is not regularly maintained, it will start to rust actively. Therefore, it is necessary to lubricate the drivetrain regularly with oil.
Thatโs where I can finish my mini-review. I was happy to own this bicycle. Itโs a pity that it all ended this way. Now Iโm choosing a new one in about the same price range and canโt decide yet. I might buy it again.

The delivery was super fast, I received Before estimated time
There was an issue with the Battery but I had nothing to worry I just contacted the support team. I explained them my issue and provided the video and photos. They replied to my message on time within 24 hours. And sent me the new Battery. Again the deliverywas superfast. I received the new Battery just in 9 days. Now I have issue with the charger so again I contacted them and explained my issue. Now they are sending me the new charger which is already on the way. The support team is very supportive and very polite. I appreciate them.
I'm more than 100% satisfied with my purchase and appreciate the fafreesebike.com .

Battery life seems to be excellent. The control panel has versatile adjustments, editing the speed limit, etc. The parameters cannot be found in the manual, so adjustments must be made by experimenting and testing.

Faire Brive-Rocamadour, une rando cรฉlรจbre de 60km par chemin, au printemps prochain. Les inconvรฉnients? le porte tรฉlรฉphone laisse รฉchapper le portable dans les chemins caillouteux, faut que j'en trouve un autre avant de casser mon phone qui est tombรฉ 3 fois! les rรฉtroviseurs qui bougent, donc dangereux. Le feu arriรจre qui clignote tout le temps, mรชme arrรชtรฉ dans le garage, et le poids du vรฉlo difficile ร manoeuvrer d'une maniรจre gรฉnรฉrale. Sinon, il correspons bien ร ce que j'attendais et je me rรฉgale comme si j'รฉtais revenu ร 20 ans. Un truc super? L' accรฉlรฉrateur: formidable!!!! Merci

Very well packed, practically damage-proof. Even though we're instructed to keep the package for 30 days after opening, removing the bike without damaging the package is tough. About the bike itself, it was harder to assemble than it looked in the instructions video, but it's doable with some engagement and time invested. The quality is high for the price; it exceeded my expectations. As an ebike with some built-in parts, these parts will be hard to replace if needed at common bike workshops, so it's worth keeping that in mind.

Excellent quality at the best price. The bicycle came well packed in just 7 days from China by airplane. The package also contain a toolbox, a keychain, a spare air tube for the tyres, and the lights free of charge. A few days later came a package containing a manual air pump, an elastic tie and a keychain also free of charge. Took me one hour to put the bike together. Nothing was missing. The next day I took the bike to a specialized shop for some fine-tuning and this was it! There are 3 levels of motor assistance, but also an acceleration button that makes the bike advance without pedaling up to 10kmph. And she is beautiful too. Now I am waiting for my wife's bike too. Bought her the hailong because she is 164 and the f28mt is a bit too high for her. Can't wait!
