What is the warranty and after-sales service policy?
All Fafrees e-bikes and separately purchased accessories come with a 1-year repair warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include normal wear-and-tear items such as tires, brake pads, chains, cables, grips, or cosmetic damage. Second-hand, modified bikes, and free gifts included with your order are not covered.
For added peace of mind, we have partnered with Xcotton Shipping Protection, a paid shipping insurance service available at checkout on our official website. This protection covers packages that are lost, misdelivered, partially missing, or damaged during transit, with claims handled directly by Xcotton. You can review the full terms here.
In addition, Fafrees offers extended warranty plans through Xcotton for accidental damage and product issues, including one-time battery replacement for natural degradation. agréable à utiliser en ville et en promenade en forêt grâce aux pneus larges et aux roues de 20 pouce, l'autonomie est importante et utile pour l'oublier pendant les longs trajets, la selle fournie n'est pas très confortable et en proposer une large et confortable en option serait utile mais on en trouve facilement ailleurs. Juste une petite remarque à propos des freins qui pourraient peut être être proposés à commande hydraulique en option mais déjà ils sont suffisants pour un arrêt rapide. En résumé : Bon rapport qualité/prix à conseiller
Great e-bike, came in super fast and very well protected and packed. Almost fully assembled, only took 15 minutes to be able to ride it. Works great, looks great, assembled it in the apartment, folded it and took it down in the elevator.... great convenience. Customer service was amazing, worked with me to get a bigger front basket that I did not realize I had not ordered in my initial purchase. Highly recommend it, have been using in it for a few weeks now and couldn't be any happier with it!
Der Versand ging sehr schnell über die Bühne
aber als das Fahrrad hier ankam war ich erstmal enttäuscht
Es fehlte der Akku ein Betrag von 399 €.
Dann fehlte noch eine Box die als Geschenk dabei sein sollte wo sich ein Luftreifen Bremsbeläge Speichern Schlüsselanhänger und Reflektoren Sicherungen Ventilkappen drin befinden sollten Wert 39,-
Keine Ahnung wer dafür verantwortlich war
Geliefert wurde das Fahrrad mit GLS aber auf der einen Seite des Kartons befand sich ein sehr großer Riss entweder wurde der Akku und die Überraschungsbox nicht mit eingepackt schlichtweg vergessen oder es ist auf dem Versandweg durch den großen Riss verloren gegangen oder entnommen worden.
Aber nach anschreiben zum Händler wurde dies ganz unkonventionell und sehr schnell geregelt der Akku wurde nachgeliefert ebenso die Geschenkbox
Das Fahrrad ist ein sehr schönes E-Bike absolut zu empfehlen auch der Preis ist sehr gut
So wie auch alle anderen Fahrräder von Fafress denn wir haben schon mehrere Fahrräder von diesem Händler gekauft.

Soddisfatto della bici, ma i poggiapiedi posteriori creano problemi in pedalata, e inoltre ho avuto problemi con la guida della batteria, in quando era montata troppo in alto e quindi la batteria quando giravo la chiave su ON questo non veniva permesso, ci ho messo un po a capire dove fosse il problema, ho dovuto usare un cacciavite per svitare la guida ed abbassarla, per il resto tutto bene fino ad ora.
Excellent vélo sur plusieurs couleur , robuste et pliable passe partout, très bien pour voyager avec un enfant entre l' assis et les repos pied, l 'écran très bien éclairé et précis dans la conduite, bonne idée d avoir mis une béquille pour arrêt, seul bémol le poids très lourd et la selle pas très confortable pour de longue balade et je sais pas si besoin de changer le pneu ne sera pas trop contreniant pour l avenir mais dans l ensemble je le conseil vivement, merci à vous.

1200 km and counting. No issues, only short mentenance (chain lubrication, brakes adjusment, cheking screws, fork grease) , good for city traffic, good for long walks in the morning and night :)
There are more things that can be improved, but overall good balance between value and what you get.
A soft start on the motor would be desirable (a torque senzor maybe ? ) , but you can live without it.
Would I buy again? 100% yes!
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Fahrrad für den Preis. Das Wichtigste für mich war ein guter Rahmen und ein guter Motor und Akku. Ich war auf die kleinen Dinge vorbereitet, die ich reparieren müsste, um mit dem Fahrrad zufrieden zu sein. Das erste Problem, auf das ich gestoßen bin, war, dass die hintere Fußstütze zu nah am Pedal war. Ich habe Fußgröße 46 und meine Frau hat Fußgröße 42, und das machte es für uns beide unmöglich zu fahren.
Aber ich habe es ganz einfach behoben und Sie können es auf dem Foto sehen. Das zweite Ärgernis ist, dass bei jeder Bremsung ein quietschendes Pfeifgeräusch ertönt, das jeder im Umkreis von einem halben Kilometer hören kann. Ich habe das beseitigt, indem ich billige, minderwertige Bremsen durch Hybridbremsen ersetzt habe. Das heißt, sie sind mit einem Draht verbunden und werden dann hydraulisch betätigt. Sie können es auch auf dem Foto sehen, der Preis der Frage ist 43 Euro. Und ich musste das Rohr unter dem Sitz in ein höheres ändern, aber das ist meine persönliche Vorliebe. Ich muss das bei allen meinen Fahrrädern wegen meiner Körpergröße machen. Aber es wäre schön gewesen, wenn sie dort ein längeres Rohr angebracht hätten, 500 mm statt 350 mm. Jetzt bin ich rundum zufrieden mit dem Rad. Und insgesamt bin ich schon 300 km damit gefahren und bin rundum zufrieden damit.
An sich ist das Fahhrad wirklich sehr gut und hätte 5 Sterne verdient, aber leider wurde beim zusammenschweißen in der Herstellung nicht aufgepasst und im Rahmen innen scharfe Kanten geschaffen, so dass die Sattelstange beim heraus ziehen völlig zerkratzt ist (siehe Bilder).
Commande passée , puis petit couac bancaire qui s’est résolu rapidement grâce au contact avec le service client très efficace .. commande reçue à la date prévue avec en prime un cadeau très apprécié ..

Cycle was very good but the tires was bad I got flat tire in just in 10days on both of the tires.

The Fafrees f20 max is just a delight to ride.Easy to assemble,easy to drive,very comfortable.The battery lasts very long.My kid also enjoys to ride in the back with me,says that it is very comfortable,the only thing that she would like is some kind of handlebar to hold on to,but it’s not a problem.I would recommend this e-bike for sure.Also the customer service is great,they respond to your questions unlike some other brands.So thank you Fafrees for such a great bike and enjoyable rides!
