Shipping policy
1. Order Processing & Pre-Orders
In-stock orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Our warehouses operate Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated dispatch date on the product page. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to the following European countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Please note:
- Delivery to certain islands, remote areas and restricted postcodes is unavailable.
- We do not currently ship to Switzerland or Norway.
- For UK orders, please visit fafrees.uk.
3. Shipping Costs, Taxes & Duties
Standard shipping is free for e-bikes and accessories to eligible delivery addresses in our supported countries.
All applicable taxes, customs duties and import charges are covered by Fafrees. You will not be asked to pay additional import charges upon delivery.
If you receive an unexpected payment request from a carrier, please contact us before making any payment.
4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, weather, carrier disruptions, customs inspections or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Restricted Postcodes
Some islands, remote regions and postcode areas are outside our delivery network.
Please check the restricted postcode list below before placing your order. If you're unsure whether we can deliver to your address, contact support@fafreesebike.com.
If your address is not serviceable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative eligible address or cancel and refund the affected order.

6. Tracking & Delivery Issues
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to activate, and updates may take a further 48–72 hours to appear.
Items shipped separately may arrive on different dates with different tracking numbers.
Address Changes
Please check your delivery details carefully. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Delivery Attempts & Refused Parcels
If delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier may attempt redelivery, hold the parcel for collection or return it to the sender.
Please follow the carrier's delivery instructions and contact us promptly if you encounter any issues.
If a parcel is refused or repeatedly undeliverable, it may be returned to our warehouse. Any refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Damaged, Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and affected items, retain the packaging, and contact us promptly.
If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost, we will investigate with the carrier.
Fafrees remains responsible for delivery in accordance with applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
