What is the warranty and after-sales service policy?
All Fafrees e-bikes and separately purchased accessories come with a 1-year repair warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include normal wear-and-tear items such as tires, brake pads, chains, cables, grips, or cosmetic damage. Second-hand, modified bikes, and free gifts included with your order are not covered.
For added peace of mind, we have partnered with Xcotton Shipping Protection, a paid shipping insurance service available at checkout on our official website. This protection covers packages that are lost, misdelivered, partially missing, or damaged during transit, with claims handled directly by Xcotton. You can review the full terms here.
In addition, Fafrees offers extended warranty plans through Xcotton for accidental damage and product issues, including one-time battery replacement for natural degradation. Das ist nach dem F20 mein zweites Bike von Fafrees und ich bin wieder sehr zufrieden!
Die Bestellung und die Lieferung von einer Spedition war reibungslos. Das Rad kam mit ca einer Woche Verspätung mangels Bestand im Lager.
Der Inhalt in dem riesigen Karton war vollständig und in einwandfreiem Zustand!
Die Montage habe ich einem Profi überlassen. Mein technisches Talent reicht da nicht aus.
Das Trike läuft ohne Fehl und Tadel; technisch ist alles bestens. Ich hoffe, dass mir die Qualität der Komponenten dieses robusten Rades für viele Jahre Freude bereitet.
Auch der E-Mail Kontakt läuft dieses Mal reibungslos!
Die einzige Schwachstelle bin ich: muss mit 70 Jahren lernen, ein Rad mit drei Rädern zu fahren! Aber es geht schon ganz gut und macht langsam Freude!
Eine Frage noch: es fehlt eine kleine Klingel! Warum? Denn so ist es in Deutschland nicht straßentauglich. Es ist auch leider keine elektrische Hupe dran! Schade!
Denn ohne diese Teile kann man sich nicht bemerkbar machen! Fafrees, hier bitte nacharbeiten!!!

Hello, I am Yvette, 80 yrs old this year. I assembled the bike because I am used to sorting things out and have not lost my hand. I took it out several times around my garden drive and that of my neighbour. Great and no problem. I then drove it slowly over the cobble stones around my church outside then put it down on the village road and drove off as much without electrical power as I could, then put the capacity to 1 to mount the slight upward road towards the "slow vehicles and walkers way through the village. with few people around I used the first drive along while bicycling and arrived a little further at the small supermarket we use. Absolutely no problem and the ride allowed me to ajust to speed and desire to ride in a way I could enjoy things smoothly and taking other users into content.
This is my first outside ride in the village and
i am very happy wit this outing.
My purpose to go to the small supermarket not so far and if necessary to the doctors in the next village.
Please understand that I had a car between my 23rd birthday and this summer, so
I can still drive a car but now we have one which we must share and me perhaps 1/3rd of the time.
This is why I bought the Fafrees Bike. Essentially because it was lower than a normal bike and second because it seemed to have practically all the accessories I might need.
I need to explore the bike further after all the heat waves and will be happy to keep you posted on my progress.
After having been operated on the neck vertebre and the lower back I feel gradually safe on the Fafrees bike which is lower than the tricycle I had before (normal bike height). That is why I chose a tricycle rather than a bycle and also because I needed the space behind to load my shopping.
I would be happy to keep you informed as I tricycle along.

La commande s'est bien déroulée, livré à temps. J'ai fait monté le trike par un professionnel car je ne suis pas très technique. Question utilisation, il est très facile à utiliser, très confortable. Tiens bien la route. Bonne qualité/prix. Petit bémol, même plié, il prend encore assez bien de place et ne rentre pas dans un coffre de voiture standard. Le panier avent est très pratique mais c'est dommage qu'il ne tourne pas avec le guidon.

Comme je ne suis pas très technique, j'ai préféré faire assembler mon trike par un professionnel.
Le trike est très conforable et facile à manier. J'ai déjà roulé avec des trikes mais c'est mon premier électrique et je ne regrette pas l'achat. Un petit bémol, même s'il est très compact pour un trike et qu'il passe facilement les portes larges, plié, il ne fait pas gagner énormément de place et ne peut pas rentrer dans un coffre de voiture. Le panier avant est pratique mais il ne tourne pas avec le guidon, ce qui le rend également moins compact. Je regrette également que il n'est pas clairement indiqué sur le site, qu'il s'agit d'une marque chinoise même si le service client est top et que je n'ai rien à redire sur la qualité avec un prix imbatable.

Ich haben ein gut verpacktes und sehr stabiles Rad erhalten. Es fährt sich prima und mit einem sicheren Gefühl. In engen Bereichen wie meine Kellerräume ist das manövrieren etwas umständlich weil das angebaute Licht am vorderen Korb das Rad unnötig verlängert. Ich werde es an anderer Stelle am Lenker montieren.
Die mitgelieferten Spiegel sind nutzlos weil nicht weit genug nach außen am Lenker montierbar. Eine Klingel fehlt….. wieso eigentlich?
Alles in Allem bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem robusten Rad.
